Hello! Thank you for your interest in my business! I work solo out of my private home studio, which has a separate entrance and a separate bathroom. I’m open by appointment only. I’m not like the places on every corner. I’ve had my business for over 10 years. I offer dry pedicures and structured gel manicures. I offer luxury services. I take continuing education classes throughout the year, I’m fully licensed and insured, I use professional and safe tools as well as products. My appointments are not short. My manicure appts. take 2-3 hours. I charge hourly. $50 an hour. My clients come back between 3-4 weeks for a fill. My work does not chip, peel, crack, color does not fade or yellow. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your time and appointments are very important to me! You can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are beginning to feel ill in any way, please cancel or reschedule as soon as you feel it coming on - don’t try and wait it out until the night before your appointment. Please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A late notice of a cancellation restricts me from filling your original appointment block with another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment total. NOTICE: If you give me 3 hours or less notice, this is being treated similar to a no-show as there is no way for me to fill your appointment slot. You will be charged 100% of the canceled appointment.
NO-SHOW/NO CALL:
If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment and have not called to let me know beforehand, 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the credit card on file. Please remember that I respect your time and I ask that you do the same for me in return.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME:
I regret that clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees. Any clients arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will not be able to be seen, and will be required to reschedule for a different day. This will be considered a late cancellation and 100% of the total appointment cost. Booking an appointment with me means that you have read and understood these policies, and that you consent to the fees that will be incurred for any cancellations.
