CANCELLATION & SICK POLICY Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, you are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as symptoms begin. Same-day cancellations due to illness are subject to the cancellation fees below and are not exempt from the policy. * 24+ hours’ notice: No fee. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled appointment total will be charged. * 3 hours or less notice: 100% of the scheduled appointment total will be charged. * No-show/no call: 100% of the scheduled appointment total will be charged. These fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, unless otherwise determined by the service provider. NO-SHOW / NO CALL Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment total to the card on file. LATE ARRIVALS Appointments begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrivals will not receive an extension, and the full service fee remains due. Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation. The appointment will not be performed, and 100% of the scheduled appointment total will be charged. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies. The card on file authorizes applicable cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival fees to be charged according to this policy.
